Jazzin’ in the Park

On Thursday, May 4, the BHS jazz bands performed at Willis Park. The jazz band consists of saxophones, trumpets, trombones, drums, bass guitars, and other brass instruments. The Gold Band, directed by Mr. Will Parker, performed “All of Me”, “Mr. Cool”, and “Ja-Da”. The Purple Band, directed by Mr. James Sewell, performed “It Don’t Mean a Thing”, “Bacon Suit Blues”, “Caravan”, “ Sing Sing Sing”, and “Backatown”.
