The BHS Varsity Girls Tennis team faced the Howard Lady Huskies on Monday, April 17, and won 5-0 in the opening round of the state playoffs.The BHS varsity boys tennis team trounced the Baldwin Braves 5-0 on Wednesday, April 19, in the opening round of the state playoffs. On April 25, the Varsity Boys and Girls played their second round in the Sweet Sixteen. With a 3-1 victory, the BHS Ladycats triumphed over Starr’s Mill. The girls will face the Holy Innocents in the Elite 8’s round as a result of their performance. The Boys were defeated 2-3 by the Lagrange Grangers. The Bearcats’ season was over as a result, and they were eliminated from the state tournament. We wish our senior Bearcats all the best in the future; Joseph Marshall and Skylar Jones.
