On April 19 and 20, the Bearcats and Lady Cats varsity soccer teams competed in the second round of the GHSA 1-AAAA State Playoffs. The Bearcats played against LaGrange High School, and the Lady Cats competed against Whitewater High School. For the first time, the Lady Cats hosted the second round of the State Playoffs. Unfortunately, both teams lost their games, the Bearcats with a score of 0-1 and the Lady Cats with a score of 0-5.
