On March 28, the Bearcats played a home game while the Lady Cats played an away game against Cairo High School. The Bearcats lost their game with a score of 1-0. However, the Lady Cats came out on top and won with a score of 1-0.

On March 30, both teams played an away game against Hardaway High School. The Bearcats won with a score of 8-0. The Lady Cats also won, with a score of 6-1.

Because they won all three of their matches, the Lady Cats varsity soccer team is the Region 1-AAAA Champion. The Bearcats’ two victories made them Region 1-AAAA runner-up. Both teams will advance to the playoffs on April 14. Congratulations to the two soccer teams for their victories!
