A meal of what appears to be spaghetti and green beans ready to be prepared.

For the past couple of days, BHS Health Occupations Students of America have been volunteering to assist our local Salvation Army with their monthly “Supper on Scott Street” on March 27. The Salvation Army hosts monthly meal drives to those in need or to those that would just like a meal. Other BHS organizations like FFA, FBLA, FCCLA, SkillsUSA, Key Club, and Anchor Club along with Principal Merritt’s support all had a hand in the huge feat of supplying 600 Decatur County residents with hot meals. The goal was met, and the supper will be March 27 from 4-6 p.m. at The Salvation Army.
