The boys’ and girls’ basketball home games this week were as follows. The Varsity Bearcats brutally defeated the Colquitt County Packers 71-35 on Tuesday, December 16. The Lady Packers defeated the Lady Cats 16–59.The Varsity Bearcats defeated the Thomasville Bulldogs 50-40 on Friday, December 9. In a close game, the Thomasville Lady Bulldogs defeated the Lady Cats 49-48. In their second meeting this season, the Varsity Bearcats beat the Lowndes County Vikings 53-48 for revenge on Saturday, December 10. The Lowndes County Lady Vikings defeated the Lady Cats 54-33.
