The city of Bainbridge, Georgia held its annual syrup sop rally at Willis Park on Thursday, November 3, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Organizations from Bainbridge High School provided activities for the community such as cornhole (Key Club), face painting (Art Club), football toss (FCA), a cupcake walk (HOSA), a water coin drop (FBLA), a syrup bottle ring toss (FCCLA), and pancakes were also sold at the Hook and Ladder in Downtown Bainbridge (FFA). This event also included music from the Bainbridge High School Drumline and cheers from the JV and Varsity Cheerleading squads. Many members of the community came out to this lively event and showed their support for the Bearcat Football Team at Bainbridge High School as they prepared to take on their rival the Cairo Syrup Makers that following Friday.
