The BHS Fellowship of Christina Athletes (FCA) chapter hosted its first meeting in the drama room on Friday, September 16. Donuts and orange juice were provided prior to beginning the meeting. The attendees were welcomed and led in prayer by BHS Senior Brennyn Timmons. The guest speaker of this meeting, Reverend Andrew Donaldson, who is also the youth pastor of First Baptist Church, was introduced by BHS Senior Taryn Powell. Reverend Donaldson shared a message from James 1:7 which reads,  “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.” The announcements for the meeting were given by Mrs. Donaldson, BHS FCA advisor. Mrs. Donaldson stated, “ALL students and faculty are invited to attend”.
